How do I insert <h3>, <h4>, etc headings in text files please?

you can not do that in text object, you need to use html object in order to add <h> tags.
<h3>my head</h3>
<p>my text</p>

Excellent - I can now do this using 'HTML and Widgets Object'.
However the text aligns in the centre of the page.
How do I get it to left align please?
