Reserved Access - Registration Page

I have set up a page with restricted Aaccess - www.rykneldbowlingclub.co.uk/imlogin.php?loginstatus=-3
This includes an e-mail address in the Welcome message - which automatically opens up the email address. Excellent - just as required.
Question: Is the a way to removed to the 'Register' option (next to the 'Log in' box) as it seems superfluous in these circumstances.

Check if in Step 4 Access management you selected a page as registration page and in case it is set remove it to have no registration page.
To remove it select the field with the name of the page and then click on the delete button.
Once done export it again online and there will be no more the register button.
