Login widget can be implemented in header and in footer.
Few questions:
1. Can this widget implemented in text object?
2. Can this widget seen on mobile mode (responsive header/footer?)
3. Can the login widget be edited : to put login table in row - now is only in column.

...you can copy the html code of this widget implementing it where you wish, and the program allow to see it in responsive mode. About the third question try to modify something on the code.

This widget cannot be used in the Text Object and if you add it in the header or fotter in the responsive view it won't appear. You need to add it in the page content by using thr HTML code object where you can choose it from the widget list.
You can edit the code to make it appear like you want.
