X5 version 10.1.12.57 new member usernames and passwords not working

I have been using X5 version 10.1.12.57 for some months now and my website has a members only page. All the usernames and passwords I created up to now still work but any new ones I add will not work. Any ideas why ?

Did you after uploaded , refreshed your site with ctrl-F5 ?
Else try a full update / upload. and offcource refresh before testing .... :)
Still no succes ? remove cookies of website x5 and try again.

Well, just one, delete all files on your webhost, then check if yourwebsite is truly gone.
Then again a full upload.
You are certain you are using the same upload folder as in the other users version ?
