Still suffer from programm shut down with Evolution V 11.05.24  nl

I still suffer from many unexpected programm shut down.

After the shut down I have lost many picures in a table.  Other pictures seem to have distributed randomly.  As this new version (V11) is in the market for many month now I expect that these fundamental problems are solved.  Please help me out.  At this moment I am loosing lots of time to try and repair.  Fot me it is impossible to keep my websodes updated.  So this is an urgent cry for help.

Can zou please send me the error message you get when the program shuts down to see what is causing it?

Is the same happening also if you start a new project?

Dear Claudio,

This is still the same problem as reported earlier. Appetantly this is still not solved.  Pictures in a tekst field have this problem when the project is converted from V10 to V11.  Found out this still occurs after a project was converted and updated many times.  So I have to screen all pages and replace all pictures or re-do all updates again.  Both take a lot of time.  I have still some projects running under V10 due to this problem.  I wonder when and if this problem will be solved.

Is this still happening to the same project of https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/103089 ?

Try to check if the exported project from Version 10 once imported again in Version 10 all the images are visible after you press CTRL while you open the preview.

During the export check there is no program running in background so the process can use all the memory to create the IWZIP with all images and if in the project imported in Version 10 these are present, then import it in Version 11.

Dear Claudio,

I do appreciate the effort you put in this problem but:

1) I am struggling with this programm which is costing me a lot of time

2) Due to 1) for me it is not possible to experiment with this tool.

3) To my opinion a purchased update should import from former version without any problem.

So I am sorry, but I will wait until I receive a message from Incomedia that an update is available without these bugs.

This situation really is no recommendation to use X5.  Sorry
