Hello , I need help with a contact form . After clicking on the send window opens to download a file named imEmailForm . What can I do to make a query sent to our email . Thank you.

Is the page setup as php ? (step 2 properties -> expert tab)
This normally happens automaaticly but somehow sometime it still slips through.
Your webhost supports php v5.x ?
You can test yourself as well, goto your admin panel (yourwebsite with / admin behind it)
The login and password are found in step 4 acces management, use after login the top left
test button.

When I set up a page on php and had to enter the page to open the window again to download the file php
webhosting ran at 5.2 php and today I let him convert to 5.4

Resolved , the error was on the part of the provider webhosing . Thank you for your answers
Great ! It looked that way from the start, but there are so many others things.
