I have added on a page a video, but it does not play. There is a message in the window where this video should play: cannot load plug-in . In my computer windows 8,1 there are different media playes availeble. Why X5 don't recognize these plug ins?

I have added on a page a video, but it does not play. There is a message in the window where this video should play: cannot load plug-in . In my computer windows 8,1 there are different media players availeble. Why X5 doesn't recognize these plug ins? In the users manual I read that the video will automaticly shown. The video format MP4 is used.
What is the solution to this problem?

upload your website and see if shows over there. it is not about having media player on your computer, it about having the plugin inside your browser. open your page with different browser like mozilla, and see if it shows over there. in pro version and you hit the preview, at the top right side you can choose a different browser.
