Labels on the emails from the form is missing

I am creating a form where users can fill out and send informations to my email adress.
I want that the mails should have the same text in the subject-line (or do you call it topic)
When i receive the mails there are no text in the subject-line.
How can i fill out thes field? I would like the text should be: "Application for rooms".

This depends on your version.
You have not added your version in your profile or made the account here in answers with the same mail adres you bought x5 with (then the version will be available automaticly)
If you do we can see what version you have and you get also a few extra's options here in answers.

My version is WebsiteX5 Evolution 10.
you can use the tab 'send' in your e-mail form to enter a subject for your mail.

When i have created my send object I go to the send information and and fill out the fields:
Mark: senders e-mail adress.
Users e-mail-adress
Object: some text
Information: some other text
I don't fill out E-mail to user.
acrowlegement I don't fill out.
Can you tell me where the text to subject shoud be placed?
Hopefully this helps.
The * TEST * text is the subject in the mail.
