What type of databases can you connect to in Pro10?

Just wondering what type of database can be connected using the database feature on Pro10? Ie ms Access, mySQL? is there a walk through on connecting and using this option?

The program on step 4 - on data management uses the MySQL database.
You just need to fill the database connection data and then select the database in the objects where you want to use it and the program does the rest.
