Cannot update  en

Hello,

I recently updated my websites.
Today, I was contacted today by a customer who said my website shop was malfunctioning.

When I placed a dummy order, I went to my cart, selected shipping optiona nd then was directed to customer deatils which did not exist.

I looked at my otehr website and teh same thing was happening there as well.

So I looked at the Answers and saw that others had this issue and were instructed to uninstall and then reinstall the program.
I exported my websites to folders and then did so.

Unfortunately, I was still unable to update with the Error while updating: 406 message coming up.

Further, when I re-opened Website X5 to have a look again at my sites they could not be opened as they "were created with a later version of X5"

I have also tried restarting, disabling firewall and anti virus and then updating - to no effect.

Please help me - this is a busy period for me and my customers cannot place orders.

Hello Martin,

Please try to update the program to the latest release and then export the complete project again online to test it.

If you have difficulties to update download the latest installer from your profile here on answers.websitex5.com under "Downloads" and then uninstall the program and install the downloaded one.

Did not know I could download a whole new up to date setup.exe

This solved my problems.
