How did you export exactly the website online?

Did you use the internal ftp engine in step 5 with the option to export online?

Are you writing the ftp data correctly in step 5?

Which field shows you as wrong in the program?

The message it will be sent once online appears if you export the content of the preview folder. You can as alternative in step 5 choose to export to disk and then upload the generates files with any ftp client and in this way it will work correctly.

In Step 5I did the following:

I selected 'Upload the website to internet'

I chose server type 'FTP'.

In FTP address i put 'ftp.celebratinglivestogether.com'

In username i put 'celebratinglivestogether.com'

I then put my password

Port '21'

I checked use passive 'FTP' & 'enable gzip compression' 'upload all files to internet'

I was getting a connection error.

However ive just tried again and the process worked. Its uploading all files right now while im writing this reply.

After all files are uploaded I will check if im able to send a message through my website conatc page.

Hi Claudio can you confirm one thing. when it says 'select the folder where you want to publish the website' which folder do i select.

I selected create a new folder and named it 'website files'. the upload toook place successfully and i got the last page saying 'the website has been successfully uploaded'. I also got a command saying overwrite identical files which i said yes.

However when i go into file manager on one.com i can see the folder 'website files' but it is empty. So where did the files upload to?

Now when i access my website online and i fill out the contact form i press send and nothing happens. Theres no progress of the page.

Do you suggest i delete all old files from the 'file manager' and upload the website all over again?

You don't need to create a folder but export it in the main folder.

I tested your email form and it worked correctly.

The website seems to have been exported correctly now and the email form works.

Hi Claudio, Yes thanks i received your email.

So when u say main folder which one is that cause so many folders showed up i didnt know which one to chose.

When im making changes to any page on my website i'll be exporting only the changed files but which folder do i chose.

You don't need to choose a folder in your case but export it directly in the folder the program opens during the export in step 5.

You can searcg for the icon on google images and then add the image and on it the link or use the social network object in step 3 so you can add directly the like button to your facebook page.
