Text in Text box that needs to be HTML also?

When i look at the source screen most of the contents of my website doesnt show, this is in text boxes how do I display this in HTML or another format? so it makes it into source as well but so it keeps the same layout and display etc as it has now is there an easy method of doing this? Obviously the HTML box has no design option and i am a beginner so i would need some step by step instructions to do this. Hope someone can help.

Can you please show me an example of content which is not shown?
The pages are all in html code once exported.
Do you refer to the html&widget object?
If yes this has no desing options because it has to contain only code and the styling is done by writing specific html code.
