How To Make Other Site Pages With A Different Template Style  en

Hello

I have a template setup for the site with a banner for the header the thing is I want to use the same template for the other pages but without the header so just the template design without the large header.

I cannot see how this can be done, it is like you must use the same template with the same graphic throughout the site.

Is this how it is?

Any help would be appreciated on this.

Michael,

You can add a slideshow picture to your banner and make it as big as your banner.

Then you can use the effect button -> page tab to choose on what page this picture shows. This gives you on any page you wish a different banner picture.

There is also an option to create a page without using the template, goto site map select the page (not double click just select), goto properties, and goto graphic tab. select create page without template.

Thank you BR A for getting back appreciate very much.

Still a bit confused, the template I choose has a large header where I can put a slideshow in the General Setting > Edit Template Graphic but this shows on all pages.

I think you are saying on the Page Creation > Home Page/etc I can put a Slideshow or image at the top of the page but what I place there shows on the page content not the header of the template in General Setting so does not work.

Unless I am wrong where do I get the Effect Button > Page Tab?

I did see you can create without using a template but it is a basic creation with just backgrounds.

Thank you again and would really like to know where I am going wrong with the header.

In the header of the project. You can add a slideshow. This can be 1 picture.

If you do this than the effect button wil show up. Pressing it will give you several tab's with options, choose the page tab to select on wich page(s) you want the picture.

You do not need to edit the template, just go to the page where you can add text to the header. There you will find the option to add a slideshow. Only the slideshow has this option.

Let me know if it works, I shall try to upload an example picture later.

Thanks again BR A for getting back.

Still not seeing it, I have attached an image to show what I have. The effects I am seeing is to chane the images with Drop Shadow, Glow etc.

If you can add a pic that would be great.

See attached photo and thanks again.

Michael,

I clearly see the effect button on your picture....

So use the picture you like, set all over the banner, use the effect button and the graphic tab to select on wich page you want the picture.

Let me know if it still does not work out.

Ok BR A I got it, wow would have never thought of that.

Now if I did not do it as a slideshow and only a picture I cannot do the same thing, that is choose which pages I want it to show on?

I really appreciate the great help and patience.

Thank you very much.

Hello Michael,

No with the image object this is not possible. You can also add only one image in the slideshow and choose in which page you want to make it visible.

Many thanks!
