Re-installing On New Pc

Hi.
I have changed computer and re installed Website X5 but the unlock code appears as not valid. Is there a reason why...? How can I overcome this....

When you go to get your unlock code in MY LICENSES make sure that your new computer code corresponds with that in the licenses!!

follow the Cheeky's instructions and go in "My Licences" page.
I see that you have request an unlock code at "2011-11-30 08:38:31", I suppose it isthe last, verify if the computer-code is is equal and copy the unlock-code in the installation program.

Cue my stupid moment...
You are both right... I checked the computer code but only at the end of the number, when i check it all (I have 2) the code i was using was from the other number.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction... excuse me while i go and hang my head in shame..
