I am having trouble with the slideshow appearing as a 'slideshow' on the internet. When I test my program it is working well but once I export it, the photos do not change on the internet. I have since deleted all photos exported the file and then reloaded the photos and exported the file.
How long does it take for the photos to be able to be seen on the internet?Is it instant like the text?
I am wondering whether I just have to give the internet some time to catch up or whether I am doing something else wrong????

Hello Sharon,
Please try clearing your browser cache. There is an option to do this on the tools menu of most browsers, or alternatively you can hold down the 'CTRL' key whilst loading the page containing the slideshow.
Internet browsers use a 'cache' as a sort of memory bank to speed up browsing. What is happening here is that your browser is showing you an old version of the page which it has stored in its cache. Anyone else viewing the webpage will in fact see the slideshow correctly.
In order for you to do the same you need to flush out the old pages which are stored in your browser cache. Refer to your browser help files for more information, or do a Google search on 'how to clear browser cache'

Hi Paul
I have cleared my browser cache, and now see one of the current photos from the Website X5 program, however it is not in a slide show. The test on website x5 still shows a slideshow.
Any other suggestions???

Can you post a link to your website so we can take a look?
Are you using a desktop computer or mobile device to view your website?
What is the browser that you are using?
Are you using version 8 of WebSite X5?
