unable find runtime to run application
've upgraded Evolution 8 to 10 bought. But after downloading and installing I get the message "unable-to find a version of the runtime to run this opplication" what went wrong, and how can I fix this. Purchased through cleverbridge

I have same problem. After 2 days still not an answer.!
If you purchased v10 than you get a registration nr by mail, add this nr to your profile and you will be able to download the latest version from your profile. (click your picture to go to your profile)
Still problems try this procedure :
First uninstall WebSite X5 and then uninstall also the .NET Framework 3.5 then use this cleanup tool:http://cid-27e6a35d1a492af7.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog_Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
Once the tool has finished install the .NET Framework 3.5 from this link again:http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25150
Once the installation is finished try to install WebSite X5 again.
