Problem installing v10 .net framework

Hello I have a problem installing v10 I have already v 9, I have download the file the executed the instalation but after choosing the language and accepting the terms there is a windown of instalation with .net setup .net framework and I can´t install the program what is happening?

Hello Daniel,
Try to use this cleanup tool http://cid-27e6a35d1a492af7.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog_Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip and once done install the .NET Framework 4.0 from following link: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
Once done try to reinstall the program.
