Tags not displacing the correct page description

Why the internet tags are displaying different description for the Menu page when the website:www.eltorcidorentals.com is opened?
Also why each page headers are copied to tags when the pages are opened?
How is it possible to change the description to be the same on each tag so?

I'm sorry but i didn't get your question, what do you mean with internet tags?
Maybe you can attach a screenshot of the problem for better explanation.

Did you get the screenshot attachment I sent with my query? Please open the file and note the encircled area. Also click on to the website www.eltorcidorentals.com and check for yourself what it say on the page tag of the Home page of the website.

the text in the encircled areas is actually the title of your page followed by the the name of your site.
Both encircled area in your screenshot show the same text because firefox shows the title of the pages in these places.
If you wish to change the name of your pages you can do it in step 2 -> select a page -> click on page properties button -> enable the checkbox for the page title and change the title.
