Hello incomedia,
I've just bought the website x5 evolution 9 and I'm having some difficulties with the gallery object. I can add pictures to the gallery, when I want to add effects or see the gallery in the “the preview”view it appears with an error within website x5. I have Windows 7 and I’m using chrome and IE9. Based on the previous questions on the F.A.Q. I’ve installed and re-installed flash player but it still doesn’t work. Is there a solution for this gallery problem?

may i ask you to attach a screenshot of the error you get, what effects are you trying to apply?
Are you getting the error only within the preview or in the real site also?
Did you try to open the preview keeping the CTRL key pressed so WebsiteX5 generates again all the files of your sites from scratch ( generates again his cache)?.

Hi, I have similar problem with gallery object. When you change something in your website, the gallery objects start working with fault (despite the fact that they have been working fine before and I didn't touch them!). I found the solution - go through every gallery object,open it and re-save it but you can imagine how time consuming it is! Soon I will have hundreds of gallery objects on my website, so I am afraid that moment when I would need to fix them all one day!

I verified the issue and reported to our techincal staff, it seems that only the first flash gallery is affected.
Meanwhile you can use the HTML5 version of the same gallery.
