I am not able to register my WebSite X5 Evolution 9  en

If the registration process starts everytime you click on the WebSite X5 icon, probably your FrameWork.NET has not been installed correctly.

In this case, you have to delete every version of  .NET from your computer and install the 3.5 version, but you can of course install others if we need them as well afterwards.

You can download the Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 for free from the following link:

After, please install  and check that you are the admin of your operating system.

Please make sure that the version you have is 3.5 because version 4 for example is not an update of the 3.5, but a completely different version.
