Hello Gerold, here is what you need to do. We sent an email to all the beta testers for that.
- Uninstall the software
- delete the installation folder manually in order to remove all the beta files
- delete the beta settings folder at %userprofile%\appdata\local\incomedia
- install the software again

warum kann man keine e-mail an das support team schicken, alle e-mails kommen wieder zurück! ich möchte gerne eine antwort wie ich das problem der beta-version lösen kann!!
(habe die v9 installiert aber es startet immer noch die beta-version..)
