How to change email address in contact

On my website the possibility of contacting me is set up - a few years ago. However I now have a new email address so my question is: Where do I change my email address to the new one so people can contact me? I can´t find it :(

Hello Per,
Do you refer to this contact form on the website listed in your profile?
http://www.campingogbil.dk/kontakt.html
If so, go to the 'kontakt' page in Step 2, and double-click on it to open it up for editing... then double-click on the Email Form Object on the page to open its properties.
Now go to the 'Send' tab (top-right)
You will see your existing email address listed in the field marked 'User email address', and you can edit it here to change it to your new address.
Remember to do a fresh upload to your web server!
