When I start Jssor Slider program crashing

You can find the JSSOR Slider in the optional objects by clicking the gears in step 3 above the objects selection to install these optional objects and then you can find them with the dropdown menu in step 3.

As with Ivan the program crashes when clicking on JSSOR slider. Yet another crash worthy button is the Template Customisation button. Evolution 11 has too many critical bugs, will have to go back to previous version as wasting vast amounts of time on things that should have been sorted before you released upgrade.

Try to repair the .NET Framework to see if this helps.
To repair the .NET Frameworks 3.5 and 4 in Windows XP you need to use following cleanup tool where you first remove Version 4 and then 3.5:

Once done you need first to reinstall .NET 3.5 by downloading it from following link:

And then .NET 4 by downloading it from following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718

If this tool should not help you will need to uninstall all the .NET Frameworks again starting from version 4, then 3,5 and then 2 with this tool:

and then you install as first .NET 2:

.NET 2.5:

.NEt 4:

Once done restart the computer and then test the program again.
