License key activation error: 302

hello, i recentry purchased website X5 professional 10 (friday the 29th of Aug.), i got an email with the license key and the invoice and all the documents about my purchased online, and i downloaded the executable file and during the activation process Im getting an error saying that my license key entered is associated to another email address, please help i need to activate my product. I attached a screenshot of the activation window error message.

I just receive this email today, so no need to worry, although it'd be awesome if they could fix it by today:
Dear Mr. Sanchez,
thanks for your email.Unfortunately, during the weekend we have had problems with our servers unfortunately therefore some orders have not been issued properly. The licence key was not correct therefore when you tryed to install, you received the error type 302.
We will send a new order confirmation email to every user that has encountered this kind of error with a new licence key in it, as soon as possible.
