Problem in uploading project from 9 version to 10 version

i have upgraded to x5 10 from 9 evolution. when i upload the project done in 9 version to 10 am getting error saying 'there is an error in xml document (242,17), how to resolve this problem?

Show the Manual for export v9 and import v10, the v9 can not openend with v10 directly
